Quick and honest repair. I originally thought my charging port needed to be repaired. Will identified that it was an issue with my charger and not the port. Will was able to fix the charger so I could use my computer until I have an opportunity to buy a new charger.

The service I got from Repair My DC Jack was excellent. Will North is very professional and did an wonderful job. His service was very quick. I met with him and dropped it off on Sunday afternoon, and got it back Monday late morning. The repaired parts were returned. I am very happy with the service.

I asked Will to do his best to repair my laptop so that it was functional without regard to cosmetics in order to keep the cost of the repair reasonable. He did an excellent job, quickly, and for exactly what he quoted before even seeing the damage (dropped from a bunk bed). I am very happy with the service and the laptop is working perfectly! Thanks!
