and in most cases a boot test on some models that have led indicators.

Make sure your DC Jack is bad before sending it.
Examples are:
- Does your Laptop only operate when you hold the DC power cord in a certain position?
- Does your Laptop only run on battery power?
- Does your Laptop not charge the battery?
- Does your Laptop get no power at all?
- Does your Laptop switch from AC power to battery power intermittently?
- Does your Laptop suddenly shut off?
- Does the DC jack feel loose or wiggle?
- All or Any of the above could be an indication that your DC Jack needs replacement.
Make sure to ship the Motherboard – any laptop switching / switches used to turn on
the laptop and make sure the fan heat sink is also included in the shipping, I have
most DC power packs so their is no need to ship that part.
Turnaround time is 3 – 5 days after received, in most cases is can be repaired the
